Hunterston Castle Tours with Madam Pauline and Janet Martin 10.30 am to 12.30  pm, 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Tour takes about 1hr.  £10 per person donation requested.

From midday, try your hand at Archery with the Ancient Society of Kilwinning Archers. All equipment and training supplied.

From 8.30 pm onwards, at the Seamill Hydro come and chat with Madam Pauline, Graham, Macer Venatorus, Bryan Hunter, Clan President USA, Lucy Hunter-Weston and Janet Martin.

The Seamill Hydro is three miles south of Hunterston Castle, they serve food in both the Aura Room and the Orangery, www.seamillhydro.co.uk. If you intend to eat here, please book in advance.

Saturday 3rd September

EVENT – Largs Viking Festival

Madam Pauline and Honoured Guests will be at the Clan Hunter stand at the Largs Viking Festival from 11 am till 4 pm.

The programme will be at https://www.largsvikingfestival.org

There is a Viking village set up showing all aspects of life in the 13th century, the time of the Battle of Largs, 1263. This battle was the last time the Vikings attacked mainland Britain.

Shop Open at Hunterston Castle from 11 am till 4 pm

CLAN DINNER with Entertainment
7pm for 7.30pm – £35.00 each

Three-Course Dinner Menu and booking are on our website at https://www.clanhunterscotland.com

A piper will pipe in Madam Pauline, Clan Chief and Honoured Guests. 

Then a local band playing for us during our dinner and for dancing afterwards- try your hand at Scottish dancing! Dress- smart.

Watch ASKA competing in the field in front of Hunterston House.

We are delighted to welcome you to our Clan Hunter International Gathering.

Please check our accessibility page before you come: as a historic monument access is limited to the Castle. You can find out about our local area and directions for travel. Fees for a tour are £10 per adult and children of 10 and under go free. Please note that visits must be booked and paid in advance.  Please also note there are limited parking places at the Castle.  Please book a spot ahead.
