Becoming A Member of Clan Hunter
Clan Hunter is represented worldwide with branches in many countries. Our purpose is to promote pride in the Hunter heritage and allegiance to our Clan Chief. Our Clan Society supports the preservation of Hunterston Castle which still remains today in the family ownership. We are involved with the collection of genealogical records from all Hunters and the promotion of Scottish cultural activities internationally.
Clan members are encouraged to visit Hunterston Castle and attend gatherings held there every 3 years. We participate in Scottish highland games and festivals held in many locations worldwide. Information is available through the Clan newsletters. The Clan Hunter Facebook site is at: https://www.facebook.com/ClanHunterUK . Our national branches have separate websites and facebook pages.
